The Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 12 includes a 28 mbar regulator and a gas hose for your convenience.

Important Notes:

• For Ooni Karu 12, always operate with the oven door removed and the chimney in place.
• For Ooni Karu 12G, you can use and close the glass door while using the gas burner.

• All Ooni gas products are manufactured for use with a new LC227 hose connection, in line with legal regulations introduced in April 2022
• For Ooni Karu 12: The oven door must always be off and the chimney on when in use
