The Kettle Kone to Suit Standard 22'' Weber is an accessory for a standard size 22'' Weber kettle. It will surely change the way you approach cooking on your Weber!

Instructions:

• When you place the small opening up, it will turn your Weber kettle into a dry fryer and gives your chicken a nice crispy skin. It prevents your meat from burning and stops flare-ups. Place the large opening up if you're cooking steaks.
• Make sure the all the vents from top and bottom of the Kettle Kone are fully opened to allow maximum airflow.
• Place the Kettle Kone in the centre of your Weber Kettle and load it with either charcoal briquettes or lump charcoals
• Put pre-lighted charcoal into the cone or light a firestarter under the charcoal.
• Wait until the charcoal is ashed before placing the grill in place.
• Put some smoking chips or wood in the centre over the top of the Kone.
• Put on some heat resistant gloves when checking your food cause the Kettle Kone get very hot.
