Our Flaming Coals BBQ Smoker Thermometer Gauge - Medium - ReCalibatable is a replacement for the ProSmoke offset smoker, Hark Texas Pro Pit and the Flaming Coals Texas Offset Smoker with the added benefit of being able to recalibrate the gauge if needed. It has an easy to read colour coded temperature display so you can see if you are in the correct temperature range as well as a recalibration adjustment screw. Displays have both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit printed on it. 9.4cm diameter face.
