Sausage Seasoning Kit – Smoky Bbq | Carnivore Collective

This seasoning blend designed for sausages can double as a flavourful seasoning for hamburgers too.

Best paired with: Beef, Pork and Venison

Size:

5kg Batch -45g per 1kg of meat

What you need:

  • 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
  • 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
  • 500mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Smoky BBQ Sausage Mix

Method:

1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
2. Combine spices and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.

Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Salt, Capsicum, Coconut sugar, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Chilli, Soy Protein, Herbs. Gluten Free & Preservative Free.
